Feridee has been an associate of the Firm since 2013, forming part of the Litigation Department, in which she serves as manager. She is responsible for promoting or providing judicial representation in civil, commercial, and labor matters to the firm’s clients, whether they are in the role of plaintiffs. or defendants. Her practice area also includes administrative litigation matters, especially in relation to the sanctioning power of the State and Regulatory Law in general. Her work ranges from providing preventive advice to minimize risks of legal claims, to planning legal strategies to promote successful judicial processes, or, where appropriate, those necessary to ensure the defense of clients when they appear as passive subjects in a process.

Feridee has a specialty in Labor Law, providing preventive labor advice to avoid conflicts and the expenses they imply; She also has more than 10 years of experience in labor litigation, having a significant number of rulings favorable to his clients. Likewise, he has extensive experience in Consumer Law, from the initial stage with alternative means of conflict resolution, to the processes followed before the Sanctioning Court of the Consumer Ombudsman’s Office.

Currently, she also works as coordinator of the specialized practice in the New Administrative Litigation Jurisdiction, her role being to assist clients who have conflicts arising from actions with the Public Administration, as well as providing technical advice to each practice area of ​​the firm from the moment of the challenge at administrative headquarters, to prepare the cases for a probable contentious action.

As part of her professional development, she is a lawyer from the Republic of El Salvador; Notary, has an International Postgraduate Degree in Law, Economics and Business taught by the Higher Institute of Economics and Business Administration ISEADE – FEPADE and the ESEADE University Institute of Argentina; She also has multiple diplomas.
