Carmen joined the Firm in 2016. She began her work in the Trademark department, continuing in 2017 to join the Patent department. Among her daily functions are Control and processing of the Patent and Copyright Unit, from its presentation to its registration. In addition, she is responsible for advising and monitoring clients of the Innovation RPA program, a project designed to legally advise entrepreneurs on the registration of their brands and even expand these ventures into franchises. Also, within her experience are conducting patent and trademark searches, as well as advising clients on the registrability of trademarks.

Carmen has a degree in Legal Sciences from Doctor Jose Matias Delgado University.
