Marlene Castillo has 9 years of experience in national and foreign companies in the area of quality, complaint management, recall, deviations, product inspection and release, implementation of quality systems, internal and third-party audits, development of quality system procedures, personnel training, regulatory affairs and health records, offering effective and quality management in all operations required by the client.

Among the services offered to its clients within the Regulatory Affairs and Life Sciences Unit to which it belongs are: Responsible professional services, invoice approval, review, preparation and presentation of new records, post-registration changes, correction of product observations: pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, hygiene products, national and foreign cosmetics.
