He joined the Firm in March 2021 as People Management Manager. Before joining the Firm, he worked as a manager in the same area in the Banking sector.

His focused approach to people, combined with a solid understanding of best practices in People Management, allows him to collaborate in the creation of a work environment that fosters innovation, productivity and commitment of our collaborators, focusing above all on promoting a healthy and positive work environment that enhances talent and promotes excellence.

She has a degree in Business Administration from the Doctor José Matías Delgado University and has more than 20 years of experience in Human Talent. Among her most recent certificates are Women's Leadership in Action from ESI School of Management, a diploma in “Culture of Service” from Grupo Financiero G&T Continental and participation in conferences and workshops such as: Best Human Resources Practices in Latin America from INCAE, AmCham Best Recruitment Practices, AmCham Sustainability workshop with the support of Fundemas and Teamwork workshop of Fundación Asesores para el Desarrollo, among others.
