Diego Caballero has been a member of the firm since 2020 and was authorized as a notary in 2022. His career within the firm has led him to get involved in different areas of Law, including Intellectual and Industrial Property, specifically in the Brand Protection area, where I am part of different judicial processes to protect the rights of national and international clients.

He is currently part of the Corporate and International Department team, aiding local and foreign private companies. In its day-to-day legal requirements in different matters, such as: Foreign Investment, Corporate Maintenance, Labor Affairs, Constitution of companies, Competition and Customs procedures, Authorization of non-profit associations and foundations; and obtaining authorizations from government entities, among others.

In addition, he has extensive experience in operational aspects with airlines transporting passengers, cargo, and mail, supporting them with all related public entities, especially the Civil Aviation Authority (AAC), General Directorate of Migration and Immigration (DGME), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (RREE), Autonomous Port Executive Commission (CEPA) and General Directorate of Customs (DGA). Diego has a degree in “Legal Sciences” from the José Simeón Cañas Central American University (UCA). Likewise, he has a diploma in Fundamental Rights from the same university, a Diploma in Digital Rights from the Autonomous University of Santa Ana (UNASA) and is currently pursuing a diploma in Legal Advice at the José Simeón Cañas University, UCA.
