Diego is an associate lawyer of the Firm and a member of the Corporate and International division, since 2021, working with national and international clients, mainly companies, Non-Governmental Organizations and International Organizations, providing them with the corresponding advice in various areas such as: Preparation, negotiation and formalization of contracts of different nature, corporate matters, incorporation of companies in El Salvador, incorporation of foreign branches in the country, advice on labor matters, immigration issues, Notarial Law, procedures before various government institutions, among others.

Additionally, he has experience in the legal aspects related to the operation of airlines in the country, providing them with advice on Civil Aviation issues as well as the various regulations and permits from related public entities that are necessary for their operation.

He has experience prior to the Firm of more than 10 years in the Corporate area, acquired in various law firms of international prestige, which has allowed him to have a solid knowledge of Corporate Law and related areas, with which he has developed strong skills. of investigation, analysis and problem resolution, resulting in the successful delivery of comprehensive legal advice to the different queries and requirements of clients.

Diego has a degree in Legal Sciences from the Doctor Jose Matías Delgado University. In addition to a postgraduate degree in Business Law and a postgraduate degree in Law, Economics and Business, both from the Higher Institute of Economics and Business Administration (ISEADE FEPADE). He is a Lawyer and Notary authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice.

He is currently studying a Master's Degree in Law and International Business, to continue expanding his knowledge.
