Fátima has recently joined as a responsible professional in the area of Regulatory Affairs and Life Sciences. She currently provides technical support in the area concerning the registration of establishments, review, preparation, and coordination of health registration applications, renewals, and post-registration changes until their approval by government entities such as the Ministry of Health for processed food and beverages for human consumption, and through the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock for animal feed. She also assists with the management of import permits for samples and participates in RTCA review committees.

In her professional experience, she has developed expertise in quality assurance within the food industry, providing support on food labeling issues at both national and regional levels, as well as creating nutritional tables and working with food additives, among other responsibilities.
