German joined the Firm in 2022, performing the role of paralegal for the Intellectual Property division. formed integral part of this overseas division within the Firm, overseeing significant regional portfolios. 

In January 2024, he moved to the Corporate and International unit, as a paralegal, in order to expand his knowledge in another area of Law. Among his daily tasks are: Assist lawyers in the preparation of different
documents on commercial, civil and labor matters, such as minutes of meetings
General Shareholders' Regulations, deeds, powers of attorney, settlements, lease contracts, sales, donations, employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, among others.

Supports the creation and constitution of companies
various types, whether national or foreign. Likewise, it is responsible for
carry out procedures and present different documents in the Commercial Registry,
such as appointments of auditors, managers and boards of directors, granting and revocation of powers, deposit of statutes, financial statements, extracted certifications, among others.

In addition, it is responsible for carrying out procedures before various
government institutions, such as the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of
Economy, Municipal Mayors, Registry of Associations and Foundations without
Profit Purposes, National Investment Office, Ministry of Labor and
Social Security, among others.

German is studying his fifth year of a degree in Legal Sciences at the Doctor José Matías Delgado University, demonstrating a constant commitment to his academic and professional development.
