Marta joined the Firm in 2021, as Business Development Manager. He has more than 28 years of experience in Business Administration and Development, Public Relations and Customer Service.
Before joining the Firm, he worked for nine years as a Private Banking Manager at a Financial Institution with a regional presence.

Among his tasks as Business Development Manager are supporting both external and internal clients in the identification and development of new business opportunities, expanding our portfolio of services focused on multidisciplinary consultancies. Provide timely advice and comprehensive planning in special projects, which allows our clients to know the risks, develop strategies to minimize them, significantly reduce total costs and avoid unforeseen events that may delay successful execution.

Additionally, monitor the services provided by the Firm, to evaluate client satisfaction and identify new support requirements.

She has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas (UCA) and diplomas in Senior Management from the Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas (UCA), a diploma in Project Management from the Technological University of El Salvador and a diploma in Customer Service “Service First” from Banco Promerica. In addition, she has a FIBA AMLCA certification.
