Natalia joined the firm in 2024 as a Junior Associate in the Corporate and International department. She has specialized in advising national and international companies, Intellectual Property, and Anti-Money Laundering and Asset Recovery.
Natalia is also an expert in providing corporate legal advice, including the establishment and incorporation of businesses into the legal and commercial world, drafting public deeds and contracts, and obtaining permits and licenses across various commercial sectors. She has knowledge in labor issues, representing national and international companies in labor proceedings before the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare and Labor Courts in El Salvador.
Prior to joining Romero Pineda, Natalia worked for six years in corporate and intellectual property law at firms in El Salvador and Spain.
As part of her professional development, she obtained a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain, along with several diplomas in Anti-Money Laundering and Asset Recovery, including courses on the legal perspective of money laundering, risk management, and the financing of terrorism and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction in the financial system.
