Paid leave during elections

ROMERO PINEDA & ASOCIADOS informs you that in accordance with Article 113 of the current Electoral Code, citizens who have been selected and appointed by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal to be part of the Vote Receiving Boards, will have the right to be granted a license in their work. remunerated for the duration of the training and the performance of their duties on the day of the elections for deputies to the Central American Parliament, Legislative Assembly and Municipal Councils, scheduled for Sunday February 28, 2021. In addition, employers will be obliged to grant them paid leave the day after the elections, that is, Monday. March 1, 2021.
