Our corporate division advised our client Cocina de Flights on a very interesting project which consisted of expanding its operations. Cocina de Flights is part of Goddard Catering Group, a leading provider of in-flight food service, industries, events and operator of airport terminal and restaurant concessions in the Caribbean and Latin America. The expansion included the construction of a building adjacent to its current operations center, located very close to the El Salvador airport facilities. Our Consulting consisted of negotiation and legal work with a very important construction firm which was in charge of the project.
